Nuanced provides an Intent-to-Offer infrastructure that translates natural human travel intent into structured NDC (New Distribution Capability) requests for airline offer generation. Our Service acts as a translation layer between travelers and airline distribution systems.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our Service
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Not use automated systems to access the Service without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Nuanced and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Booking and Transactions

Nuanced facilitates the connection between travelers and airlines but does not process bookings or payments directly. All transactions are completed through the airline's systems. Nuanced is not responsible for the fulfillment of bookings or airline policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuanced shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuanced operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
